Those bright Friday Night Lights!

Our first Friday Night Lights and CrossFit Intramural is in the books after a huge opening night Friday!  Our WODs, personal training and group sessions are great but it is so much fun to crank it up in a team setting with the extra fanfare.  Special thanks again to Tim Ziegler Wealth Management for the sponsorship!
