What an incredible week at the Ontario Pork Congress! Revival House had a fantastic opportunity to showcase our chef's creativity, serving over 500 delicious samples of our Applewood Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Gruyere, caramelized local apples, and fresh basil on in-house baked crostini. The feedback was amazing!
