This month, we are excited to spotlight Terry Adair as part of our Broker Profile Series. Terry has been a highly valued member of the Orr Insurance team since 2014, bringing a wealth of industry experience that dates back to 2008.

As one of our dedicated Account Executives, Terry focuses heavily on commercial insurance. He works closely with local business owners to deeply understand their daily operations, identify potential risks, and build tailored commercial coverage that protects what they have worked hard to build. From small businesses to complex commercial operations, Terry brings practical insight and an analytical mindset that clients trust. Beyond business protection, he also supports clients with comprehensive home and auto insurance policies to ensure complete peace of mind across every area of their lives.

Terry holds a Marketing diploma from Fanshawe College, seamlessly combining a sharp business mindset with a client-first philosophy. Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Vanessa and their two children, golfing, and following baseball and hockey.
