Orr Insurance & Investment is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Stratford, Ontario.
As a key member of our management team, you’ll play an important role in supporting our people, leading HR and payroll operations, and helping drive continuous improvement across our growing organization. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee experience while contributing to the long-term success of our brokerage.
We’re looking for someone with strong HR expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and a practical approach to solving problems and improving the way we work. Regular travel to our offices in Linwood, Seaforth, Goderich, Blyth, and Brussels is required.
