Mike specializes in personal, commercial, and farm insurance, helping individuals, families, and business owners find coverage that fits their unique needs. Since joining Orr Insurance and Investment in 2022, Mike has been committed to building lasting relationships through honest advice, personalized service, and a practical approach to protecting what matters most.
Before entering the insurance industry, Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University while playing NCAA hockey. He went on to enjoy a successful professional hockey career in the NHL and overseas before transitioning into coaching in both the NAHL and USHL. The teamwork, leadership, and dedication he developed throughout his career continue to shape the way he serves his clients today.
When he’s not helping clients navigate their insurance needs, Mike enjoys spending time with his two children, Liam and Avery. You'll also find him on the golf course or out for a run whenever he has the chance.
